Steps:
1. Right-Click Market Board
2. Select any item (Titanium Alloy Ingot in particular but affects all items)
3. Scroll to item
4. Select Heaven's Eye Materia IV being sold by retainer lpod(with and lowercase L or an uppercase I) for 160,000 gil
5. Left click yes to confirm purchase.
6. Recieve alert stating "Unable to make Market purchase. Please wait and try again." or something akin to that.
It currently stops fromall MB purchases.
