Yeah. After about 5 digits it starts to be a chore to count the numbers.
If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.
That would make it much easier to read. Good suggestion.

Yes, please add this. It's such a little thing, but would make the interface significantly clearer to read.

This would definitely be nice to have, indeed.
On the flipside though, I'm pretty sure this would explode the PS3's memory (used to display UI elements) - think how hard it was and how long it took for them to add a simple TP bar to the party list... :/
