This happened for me aswell. I'll fulfill the template with my own data in order to provide additional information as expressed on Rules on In-Game Bugs:

Steps:

1. Speak to NPC Eustace and select "Goldsmith" option from Class list on "Leve Set Selection" window.
2. Select "Level 40~." option on "Select a difficulty level." window.
3. Select "A Shining Example" leve on "Leve Selection" window and peruse the details of the local guildleve. It shows "Goldsmith, Level 30" on Recommended Classes and "Create and deliver the following items: Rubellite x 5" on Objectives.
