Crash while waiting for airship = no ride?

Seriously SE?

You charge us to board an airship but if we crash while waiting for the flight we have to exit and repay the entry fee?

There's no MENTION when you pay to board the flight that this is the case.

Your GM's also refused to help in regards to this matter. They could have at least moved me to my destination. Also their trite useless responses are infuriating. Whoever it was could have at least popped in for a chat to hear me vent. Instead now I'm just furious.

I know it's just 5k but the game does not say that you will not be able to board if you DC. It's rather unfair and utterly unaccepable to be double-charged for this.

While I do understand why you'd be mad about this, do you really expect a fantasy game to inform you about the risk regarding your platform?

Dear GM person. It's not the crash that's the problem it's that the airship is basically the ferry (but without the proper warning). DC and you won't be boarded.

The ferry actually DOES tell you that if you disconnect you have to leave and come back - and it's free. The airship makes no such mention of it. Hence my intense irritaiton (on top of having to pay again).

Only thing in that report that pertains to the situation:
1) Pay for airship trip.
2) DC.
3) You will not be boarded (which basically says that the airship is a recycle of the ferry)
