Vintage Robe

Do you think I would be reasonably safe in synthing this @ R38, with top tier support and food? It took me forever to get the tattered robe, and I might actually shed tears if I failed this synth lol.

Fortunately the recipe isn't that hard. I got impatient and synthed it at R37. I think the recipe itself is only R41, less than the linen yarn and velveteen shirts you're probably doing for leves.

I synthesis one back when I was 38 and it was very tough. Tuna Kabob, Master Buff, Steel Needle+1 and standard velveteen crafting set for weaving back then. Hit instability once and finished with about 7 or so durability. The recipe is not 41 for sure since the skill points back then was nearly 600 points. That makes the recipe at least 43 if not 44 at least.

You're right. I made another one and it's R43. Still, linen yarn is R44. Taking notes from what worked when making velveteen robes for LS members, I used gear favoring mag. craft with a +1 Steel Needle and had no problems. I even got daring and tried a bold synthesis late at about 50 dur, but it went unstable so I just hurried and finished it.
