    cobalt plate belt (red)

    Has anyone made one yet? I've checked numerous times and no one ever sells it on the Karnak server. Is there an NPC I can buy it from?

    Yeah, there is no recipe for them on the lodestone and I tried the obvious recipe's with no success.

    I don't know if it is an oversight or a deliberate decision, but it doesn't look very nice to have an uncoloured belt on my character. I will observe there doesn't seem to be a coloured Steel Plate Belt either and in the past there have been colour options missing from one piece of armour, for example there was no coloured version of the (now Dated) Bronze Celata.

    @end...Yes, it's tacky and somewhat annoying.

    @and...It seems like a silly SE office joke to see our characters missing matching pieces of gear. oh well. lol

    The Cobalt Plate Belt does match the Vintage Kite Shield, so it looks a little better on a GLA with one of those.
