Anyone have this problem in PvP? In narrow trenches etc. Let's say I use shoulder tackle on a player on a hill or in a narrow trench/passage. The camera tries to follow me, but collides with the scenery, thus rotates around or behind me resulting in me seeing nothing and losing my target somehow. Fixing the camera position takes valuable time. Not to mention it often takes 1 or 2 seconds for me to realize what angle I should rotate the camera to get a decent view of the situation. I can imagine this only being a problem for close combat.

It doesn't only happen with shoulder tackle. Lets say I'm being chased. I keep the camera on the ones chasing; I'm running towards the camera. The camera collides with the scenery and rotates behind me, resulting in me running towards the people who chase me.

The camera should never been your enemy.
