Glitch with oriental partition?

Hello,

I've seen in a few mansions people who have succeed to set the oriental partition in the wall to use it like a real door. All my attempts, the oritental partition is before or behind but never in the wall. When I try to set in it becomes purple.

Does anyone know how to proceed?

I want to help you here but perhaps im confused or just very tired.. I see you have a regular partition there, not a oriental one, when you remove the regular (brown) wall can you place the oriental down in its spot and have it work? Or are you placing the oriental partition in too deep to the actual FC house wall?(not a partition wall but actual "wall" wall) If you are using the oriental partition i think perhaps the Rivera wall your trying to place it on/in might be whats causing your problem, take that one out and use the oasis walls around it that you have up and void the Rivera (brown) wall. If that still doesn't work try pulling the oriental a little more out of the actual wall itself. I don't have the actual non open-able side not in view. I can place the oriental slightly behind one side so both sides are only noticeable on one side, but only the open door side on the other, but that's about it. I hope this helped^^:

Well, it is not what I obtain, it is just an example similar (found in very few mansions) to the result I wish to obtain.

Currently, I'm unable to place a partition in the wall. Or I see there a people who succeed and I try to know how they proceed.

All I know to do, and what I've done in my FC room, is to place wall partitions to create a smaller room and place the oriental door partition between them, and line it up with them so that it looks like it's made into the wall but actually isn't. Other than that, I haven't heard of any glitch that would get this effect.
