My name is Day Dreams, known to most as Day, and my current server is Adamantoise. My current role is WHM, but I can be flexible with my role and play SCH as well. Currently, my experience extends to AS3 phase 2, and ideally, I am looking for a static that is working on AS3. I can raid any day of the week, during weekdays from 8PM-11PM GMT +13, and in the weekends 8PM-12AM GMT +13. I am looking for a raid group that is progression-minded and willing to discuss, research and promotes self-improvement. I am willing to transfer to Tonberry if I find a promising static to raid with. My attendance has been 100% so far; I do not believe that I won't be punctual to any raid times outside of emergencies.
I have experience as a raid leader, and I constantly strive to improve my own ability as a healer, as well as working with others in the raid group in order to maximise the potential of every member and increasing the overall performance of the raid group. As a raid leader, I constantly research through fflogs, videos or guides to improve the performance of myself and others, as well as reflecting on each members' performance after every pull. I believe that my ability and experience will allow me to become an asset to any progression static. If you need an idea of how much I put into raid progression, you can look at my static's website (currently my static isn't working out because people aren't pulling their weight; long story short). Parses can be found in the albums as well (I'd prefer if you looked at my SCH's dps as an indicator instead.)
As a healer, my healing style focuses on maximising my kit usage and mana management. I tend to centre the focus of my healing on solo healing as much as possible to let the SCH dps (for example, I solo heal wave 5 and half of wave 6 on AS2, and everything apart from double prey on AS1 (currently working on solo-healing AS1 with Presence of Mind). My secondary goal is to have the MCH/BRD sing for me as minimally as possible, and balance the amount of time I spend solo healing relative to the amount of time the MCH/BRD has to sing.
