Suggestion: Sign Crafted Gear

Im sure this popped up a few times, now i really
want to "Sign" my crafted gear / Equipment i make.

Just like in FFXI !

An option to add the crafters signature to
the crafted item would be so cool!!!

Hah, I'd surely like to see that implemented. What's the point of being able to create stuff if no one's ever gonna know about the origin of items? I think I already suggested this in the beta...seems it ain't really a priority. :/

whats the point? you wanna get praised by an item that is crafted by many players? or just a show off? id rather not see it implemented tyvm and iam sure SE have more issue to worry about then cater your non-existant needs

There's a few players on my server that would love some "Noomy" gear!
And it also lets other players know how can make that specific gear.

And saying you rather not when as u say its a useless thing to get, so is Swimsuits,
colored gear, 1000s kukuru beans from gathering whil doing botany leves,
so whats your point when you say it's a useless feature?

I smell...a FFXI hater.

It's as uselss feature as sitting down, wich also was one of the
first things in Beta that we all shouted for to get.
Why? cuz we could do it in FFXI.

But, well id guess i have to respect your opinion, but it dosent mean i like it.

I wouldn't say this feature is useful on a huge scale, but i would say it will add some level of immersion and/or fun into the game, perhaps even a sense of recognition for your achievements. would be esceptionally nice on your pride and joy +3's

Plus buying a specific item with a crafters signature on it would let the buying party know a direct name if they ever need that crafter for a special order, something they can make which isnt readily available. good for business.

Neither would a simple function to add the line "Made by $name" be that hard to implement either.

exactly, there could be a small option at the end of finalizing synth to Sign gear or not.
