Update: Immediate Needs - Blackmage/SMN, Dedicated Crafters & Gatherers.

Currently holding try-outs for building a world progression raiding team. Current members have Top 10 World progression experience or are working on A4S now.

We are located on Gilgamesh

*Certain jobs have higher competition currently but we will look at any exceptional player who strives for World Progression.

RAIDING REQUIREMENTS
Current raid time: 9EST-1EST (sometimes later)
Progression time: When future raiding patches drop the ability to book time off for raiding up to 16 hours/day.
What we expect from you: We expect you to be the best at your class. We expect you to have a positive attitude during raid time and while not raiding. We expect you to use Teamspeak willingly and to be able to communicate freely during raid. We expect you to be reliable and strive for same goals we do.
What you can expect from us:An environment to achieve greatness working as a team. We all help each other to be the best players and best group we can be. We also take having fun as serious as we do killing bosses.

CRAFTING REQUIREMENTS
Scheduling:You make your own schedule as long as deadlines are met as a team.
Progression Time Goals:Currently we are new on server and had to start over on our Housing and Airships. By next raid tier our goal is to buy a large house and build our airships for exploration missions. On top of this we plan to stock our FC chest with Food, Pots and Gil going into the next progression tier.
What we expect from you:Just like with our raiders we expect you to want to master your respective classes. This includes leveling and gearing all crafting and gathering. We expect you to have a great understanding of the crafting world of FFXIV and the current markets on our server. We also expect you to be able to work as a team with our other crafters on the team.
What you can expect from us:A fun team to be a part of and represent. A great place to learn if you are interested in being a dedicated crafter. A pride of being a huge factor in the success of our raiding groups.
