yes they invent this thing called the internet games. there have this thing called the reeally world and support teams take time look into complaint by players. they need look into issue. and no SE doesn't have hand off respond they have hand on respond if you look they report on banned account for gil sellers
They do have a hands-off approach to the matter of cheats. This is exactly why they have a separate category for non-harassment related cases, such as bugs and cheating, and literally state they will not get back to you on those matters. This is so that they don't have to actively be there to respond, which is almost a complete detriment to the detection of bots. Detection of RMT accounts are fairly simple to go on, as it's based on activities pertaining to gil accumulation, storage, and RMT advertisements. Legit players do not bot for such matters usually, some do but it's rarely a 24/7 thing, like RMT would. Those legit players that do, tend to have a higher risk of detection. Given that for each server, RMT go through at least a hundred advertisement bots daily per server, imagine how many there are over the month including the actual gil farming and storage ones. The several thousand they report on is hardly impressive.yes they invent this thing called the internet games. there have this thing called the reeally world and support teams take time look into complaint by players. they need look into issue. and no SE doesn't have hand off respond they have hand on respond if you look they report on banned account for gil sellers

2.1 Cheating and Botting. You may not create or use any unauthorized cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized software or hardware designed to modify the Game and gameplay. In addition, you may not take advantage of game system bugs and exploits during gameplay.
2.2 Real Money Trading, Farming and Power-Leveling. You may not sell, purchase or exchange for real-world money or value any in-game currency, accounts, characters, in-game services, or in-game virtual items. You may not play the Game for the purpose of acquiring virtual items or advancement in game play on behalf of a third-party or for the purpose of selling any virtual assets to a third party for real-world money, specifically including "gold-farming" and power-leveling services.

More so cus they don't publicly announce the presence in game or have any instant action. By the time they do take action, they are soon replaced with others and thus looks as if nothing has been done. Since RMT is constantly throwing new people into the spamming and whisper pool a good amount of those who do get flagged while others are missed when the mass ban happens which in turn when they do post or say "We removed X people" we look back and see those same people still there. I admit botting may be a bit harder to detect but anyone with a suspicious name (especially when its a group of 8 blackmages, all ill equipped with str or lv 10 accessories at level 50 with jibberish names should be watched) or blatantly promoting the selling of gil should be an instant removal, no questions.
The problem with botters is they try to make it realistic but when your running past your target, stopping, turning around then going back to it. All a GM would need is a quick glance, message them with no response (cus I am sure if you get a message from a GM you ARE going to respond) to toss them in an in game jail or such. Main thing I am getting at, we can say they are hard at work, we can see the posts, but if don't actively see results we are going to question.
Unlike TV shows you don't go running in and arrest the criminal you take your time and gather evidence and when you have enough you arrest them and have them banged to rights. Can we get better in game support I reported hackers in this game gave you their name/world in all but no action are being done to prevent them from doing it I think it's such b.s. for me to sacrifice many hours out of the day lving multiple characters while someone not even playing the game fate farming northen thalan fates all day getting all classes to 60 -_-
Case closed.
Botting is out of control on JP servers, I think it might be a standard of gameplay at this point. This game has no form of bot detection so all bots that managed to get banned are from player reports. Simply put, if the botter is not botting when the GM gets the report, there is little chance that the bot will be caught.
Either way, don't expect much, the special task force team and GMs really only focus on the most egregious offenders such as teleport hacking and gold sellers.

I'm bored XD
but hate to say, you have no proof if a person is botting, just the assumption. The only bots you can tell are ones rmt use, because they use hacks ontop of it. Only way to tell is if the players in question move and fight while under the "away" status.
Also SE /gm or stf does NOT take screenshots with reports. Screenshots can be altered and they don't want ti go through a process to find out if they are altered or not.
