Dear SE, please address the exploitation of "face target" command in PVP

Atually I'm using the
/facetarget right before Wither, I'm really crappy with it (lag doens't help) and I noticed that with that I was able to actually hit the target I would,
is this considered cheating? :/

No that's using it as it was designed and intended. This is more so about using 3rd party applications to constantly spam /facetarget for advantageous reasons
