More Unique Character Development Via Leveling

So this basically equates to "I want more poses" with a sprinkle of "here have some pointless abilities/traits"

I mean I'm fine with having more poses for each character but I don't see how this is very "unique" or "character developmental", especially considering you're kinda copy pasting other things form other classes.

In fact you'd be taking away the uniqueness of each job by doing this.
