I've never heard of ninja running speed being a benefit to raid but most of your choices do involve something that would be game changing. Even dragoon "no fall damage" would change the role in pvp to make fighting in certain spots far less hazardous. Nothing like using knockback to fling a dude at full HP off a cliff to his death. Not to mention fall damage doesn't kill in FFXIV unless you are in combat, unlike most mmos I've played.

More movement animation differences would be nice, and maybe some out of combat differences. Dragoon could be immune to fall damage outside of combat, white mage could have a tiny healing aura outside combat, bard could have a tiny mp regen aura outside combat, etc.
