You can only enter a 60 dungeon if you fall within it's requirements which an average ilvl of 145. There is no restrictions for Vault in terms of gear and I've ran that dungeon with people that have worse gear than myself. So again, by your logic it's fine to vote kick people out with low gear and that is what I plan on doing from this point on. It doesn't look like there's any official response on this so I'm just guessing it's fine to vote kick people out when you're in a premade group.

You can do w/e you want I'm just telling you what i expect from people while runing a dungeon. They dont have to be deck up but at least their left side is important to me. As if i would kick them or not, i run dungeons solo must of the time and if i do a premade we basically dont mind carrying they last person. Not everyone is like me so if you dont want anything to happen just be on par with what you are doing. Lastly, if you dont care for your peers and expect to be carry why they should care about you, no one like to carry anyone on anything.

There are currently no plans to change the method for averaging item levels as the team feels that this is not the real issue.

While in some cases players may be wearing lower level equipment for spiritbonding purposes, we understand that there are cases where players are not spiritbonding and acting in ways only to cause trouble for others. We’d like players to report anyone who is behaving inappropriately within dungeons or in general.

How does that relate to my situation? If I ran a parser I would be able to give you numbers on if anyone is being carried. You can't exactly look at someone's gear and tell if they are doing worse dps than someone else especially if the other person is not using their buffs and whatnot. Like I stated earlier our group was moving at an average pace. We had 2 melee DPS and no AoE class to speed run the dungeon. I'm pretty confident I did more dps than the tank and wasn't far off in DPS than the other DRG since he mostly spammed ring of thorns.

That's reporting someone, not vote kicking. Also what's your definition of "acting in ways only to cause trouble for others"? I'm pretty sure he didn't intend it to mean "if you feel the DPS is low that is considered causing trouble for others so do as you please" lol

... since when 35 min for a dungeon.. it's too long? The timer show 90 min, it should be done within that time.

Some are enjoying it at their pace, clearing up all content, all bosses, and the duty is completed.

it's because of people with your mindset that DF is the way it is now..

perhaps not you if you join premades, but those who wait 30+ mins as a DPS.. it sucks for them, cause we will tank elsewhere.

195-205ilvl ? expert rutllete? 35min isnt too long? fresh 160-170 group can do it in 28min with 1 wipe at last boss. Since you have to clear every single mob there and all bosses your 2nd sentence is invalid. Ok people of my mindset. Like i have good eq so im gonna do shitty dmg is better mindset? If you join in +20-25 ilvl better eq than me as healer im expecting you to even do bigger dmg than me. One was BRD other was BLM and i had to use once and up to three times mana regen spell per trash.
