Dont have crap gear. You didnt said what you had on or anything but you should, and people expect you, to have level apropiate gear after level50. If you are level 58 DRG then have level 58 gear, at least the left side and weapon. I can only imagine you were still wearing level 50-54 gear, dont need any parser to know who is the problem.

I was leveling DRG for my retainer. It's like some people don't read O.o I stated I queued for leveling roulette, I did not choose to enter Vault. Anyway, I did have the Vault's dragoon weapon and a mixed of ilevel 120-136 gear. If what you said is fine to do I'll start vote kicking people out as well because I've just been leaving them in my groups and running the dungeons slowly especially in Expert where they have 160 gear /shrug. So far most people seem to be leaning that it is fine to vote kick people out if the dungeon is not a speed run so I'll just do that on my main jobs as well.

Expert roulette with ilvl160 is the lowest you can enter and is acceptable at least to me or anyone really. I never mention speed run or anything thats all on your mind but if a boss is taking forever to die I will look who is the weakess person. I think a while back when spiritbonding on a dungeon was a thing a rep mention that you could consider that sort of harrasment for the other people doing the dungeon with you. I'm not really condoning for vote kick you but if you are not pulling your weight you are as good as dead weight and you getting carried in the dungeon.

The Vault does not have any ilevel restrictions meaning that anyone can enter that dungeon. If your logic is that ilvl 160 is the minimum ilvl to enter Expert, which it clearly states so then it is acceptable then you should be able to accept that a dungeon that has no ilvl restriction it is also acceptable. It's not like I was afking, sitting back or just autoattacking. Like I stated before the group was moving at a normal pace.

My logic is that you should have lvl apropiated gear for the dungeon you are entering. You enter a lvl60 dungeon on expert roulette or w/e you are expected to have level 60 gear. You are entering The Vault you should be having lvl 56-59 gear. How hard is that? You can even buy it from vendor.

Before que you can get your ilvl up with w/e gear and change in the dungeon even to lower what the dungeon is for. Also if your highest ilvl comes from your accesorries thats not much of an improvement. Just imagine a tank with ilvl120 left side and ilvl136 right side, thats would be a nightmare to heal on Vault and not sure if you could finish the dungeon that way.

Because of this I sent a GM report before they kicked me stating that I think they are going to kick me and eventually they did.

So you reported people for doing something they didn't even do yet? I guess its a good thing they did, as you could have action against you for making false reports. Probably not a good idea making reports "before" something you think is going to happen.

Technically they were "doing something" through their cues, which is when I placed my report. So yeah, my report was justified and I did get voted out just as I thought I would. Premades are usually the people that abuse the vote kick function and a vote kick function with just 2 votes yes is a lot of power as well for abuse. In my situation it was a premade of 3 people so I was gone no matter what.

The only things I've seen a GM do is rename a Free Company, rename people with "bad" names, and warn players (very rare). I assume people here have had a job before so you can understand some GMs actually do their work and some are lazy. I'm not sure how the process works being that I don't work for SE, but in my opinion looking at logs is tedious and boring work so it's best to assume they don't look into every report. They probably have reports based on priority and difficulty so they do easy things like looking at "bad" names first and put the tedious things last or someone else is supposed to "investigate" it. It's like the IRS, they don't check every person's tax return. If GMs actually punished people for vote kicking I'm sure you would see more forum posts about people complaining of unfair action. To get away with Vote Kicking 1. premade 2. voice chat 3. kick for afk at worst you'll only be warned.
