Thread: Stardust Rod was broken in 2.2 or 2.3...

See that black dot floating away from the Stardust Rod's gem? It's where spark effects come out when the Black Mage is casting. It used to be inside the gem.

I'd love a community representative to please pass along to the devs that this annoying graphical bug that has existed for about four content patches now and I haven't seen any attention given to it. I know the Stardust Rod and Lilith's Rod is technically obsolete, but it still makes for a beautiful glamour piece barring this glitch.

I do not care one bit about why this happened or any reason the devs would defend themselves with. This is sloppy and unacceptable in a game of this quality.

I actually think this might be deliberate, since it's now placed exactly where the energy for spells is gathered while casting, as opposed to barely being visible inside the orb on the staff.
