    Stardust Rod was broken in 2.2 or 2.3...



    See that black dot floating away from the Stardust Rod's gem? It's where spark effects come out when the Black Mage is casting. It used to be inside the gem.

    I'd love a community representative to please pass along to the devs that this annoying graphical bug that has existed for about four content patches now and I haven't seen any attention given to it. I know the Stardust Rod and Lilith's Rod is technically obsolete, but it still makes for a beautiful glamour piece barring this glitch.

    I do not care one bit about why this happened or any reason the devs would defend themselves with. This is sloppy and unacceptable in a game of this quality.

    Naw.. I'm sure they'll go right along side Dark Aura's flame effect. Unless its something that is happening to a lot of people and not just one or a sporadic few. Its then likely to go on unnoticed my the masses. There could always be a chance its just a driver issue if that screen was from a pc.. Then again I have not noticed anything off about other peoples effects besides the one with Dark Knight and the glowing weapon glitch (do folks still do that?). May be it was changed to look like a void is the source of that weapons power. A side from that, there's really not much to go on with just a screen grab on its face value.

    But yeah, the valley of lost posts would be a good place to start looking if this was already accepted or if others have mentioned this bug/glitch from 2.2 ~ 2.3 ish.
