    I got it in the dungeon R25, one of the boss drop it.

    cane is better imo
    Because it's Rank higher than the other ?

    Some testing appear to say that 5 INT is +1 Magical Potency, as a mage doesn't really use their WS skills, do we care about the modifier ?

    VIT appear to enhance Enhancing magic, -3 VIT would lead to -1 Enhancing magic.
