R30 Staff vs R50 Staff (both from dungeons).

Hey, i was wondering, after i checked both staff, it's appear that the R30 staff have better stat than the R50.

Heart of House d'Arlendre R30
Dex+3 Pie+3 Eva+3
Magic Potency+14 Magic Accuracy+5
Critical Magic Accuracy+5

Astaroth Cane R50
Vit-3 Int+5
Magic Potency+10 Magic Accuracy+10
Critical Magic Accuracy+10

Can we say, the Heart of House d'Arlendre is better (or almost) than the Astaroth Cane ?

It's a hard call. I think they could both operate well either way.

Side note, what quest gives you the "Heart of House d'Arlendre"? I've never heard of it before and can't find it anywhere.

Some testing appear to say that 5 INT is +1 Magical Potency, as a mage doesn't really use their WS skills, do we care about the modifier ?

VIT appear to enhance Enhancing magic, -3 VIT would lead to -1 Enhancing magic.

I still think the Astaroth is the better of the two for the bonus M.acc and M.Crit.acc. Those two things outweigh the (-4) difference in M.pot for me.

You should use a jade crook with hell's fist IV.

Maybe gamble and overupgrade to two hell's fist since the crooks cost 50k and the materias cost like 100k.

why the hell a lvl 30 weapon have similar/equal to a lvl 50 cane? SE needs to rebalance or make adjustments, iam not sure if they gonna make adjustments to gear/weapon stats on the next patch.
