How am I suppose to catch a Gobbie Mask?

I'm having some problems fishing for this particular fish as in... I cannot FISH in the Fishing Hole it's suppose to be located it.

I need to get one to turn-in for my GC Delivaries, but it's odd how I can't even fish for it to do it.

I got the bait, the Red Balloons from the Peddler in the Sea of Clouds, and I went to the locations there's suppose to be at "Churning Mist x20 y40" and I got this message:

"You can sense something swimming below, but are uncertain of how to go about catching it."

I'm a Level 57 Fisher that's about to hit 58 soon if I can turn in a HQ version of this fish, but I can't get it. Don't tell me I need to be Level 60 to get the final Trait ability for Fisher to fish for this spot, because that's utterly dumb for me to have a GC Delivery for my Lv57 that requires me to be Lv60 to get it.

Any other spots I can fish for it?

have you made your class-quests? you need the trait from the lvl 53 fisher quest.

Yeah... sorry about that, I went on leveling my Fisher to 58 without doing any of the Class Quests yet as I wanted to have my class high enough to make it easier to do the Quests. I learned about it some moments ago after posting this topic. I apologize for that, wish there was a delete your own topic button somewhere. I have found something like that here.
