Minfillia was talking to a Krile several times in 2.0. This might imply that Krile is here to find Minfillia, or she appears after we find Minfillia. Notice also, she has the aether-goggle device on her arm like the scions do.

I really want that hood though.

True. Although it is very hard to tell if this lalafell is male or female. IMO, the cheeks are a bit too softly rounded and the eyelashes a bit too pronounced, but that's just me. Hairstyles/outfits that break the rules is nothing new with NPCs.
If it IS Krille, Minfillia referred to her as "she". If it isn't, well, this possibly dude-afell just likes cat-eared hoodies.

I'm still hoping everyone but Y'Shtola and Thancred are dead. Otherwise, 2.55 becomes entirely meaningless.

It's already meaningless on how the Ul'dah plot was wrapped up and two scions are basically alive.

I wouldn't say it was TOTALLY meaningless.

If the events hadn't unfolded the way they did, the WoL would have never sought refuge in Ishgard. The Dragonsong War would continue to rage on. The betrayal of the scions, the public outcry, and the correction thereafter only further strengthens the need of people who are willing to risk life and limb for the good of all Eorzea.

No, the Scions may not be dead, but that doesn't matter in the end. All that matters is that the WoL and company THOUGHT they might be dead. This not only changed their outlook on life, but how they approached their own diplomacy. The WoL was able to fulfill some destiny in Isghard to end the conflict twixt man and dragon, and overthrow a power-hungry ruler bent on subjugation. Alphinaud had his pride crushed, which allowed him to become a better, more humble, person. Y'shtola resorted to unconventional means for survival, which, while suffering from a bad side-effect, also allowed her unparalleled access to aether knowledge that most mortals will never obtain (haven't been one with the aether for quite some time). This intimate knowledge of aether will only strengthen the Scions in their battle against the Ascians. Ishgard finally rejoined the Eorzean alliance after decades of silence, which will help Eorzea resist Garlean oppression.

A lot of good came out as the result of the 2.5 plot, regardless if things ACTUALLY went a certain way or the other.

If she isn't, I'll also be happy if she comes back changed in the same way all the others are. Perhaps able to fight her own battles instead of just plot-bait.

Thousand years of lie ! That's for sure there have to be a civil war or heavy riots from all sides. What's more, definately there will be factions that would want to take the reins of power. There are no concrete leader at the moment at Hishgard. The young captain, son of the then archbishop, would be a great leader of that nation but would he be strong enough to take that mantle ?
As for the scions, if Yshtola is alive, I'm sure the others are too. I mean, come on ! She made one hell of a sacrifice to use that spell on that fateful day !
