Anyone make similar suggestion before?
Each job has own style of party bonus, i.e.

Paladin: HP and defend up
Monk: HP and speed up
Warrior: Attack power and Enmity up
Dragoon: Weapon skill damage up and damage receiving down
Bard: Song effect and duration up
White mage: MP up and refresh up
Black mage: Attack magic potency and magic critical hit rating up

I like armoury system. Could Development Team consider making Class can choose more different type of class ability but dont let them have party bonus for balance.
