I am from another server looking to transfer to this server.
Some questions I would like to ask.

1) Is this server active?
2) Do most people in this server speaks English? Im from a JP server and that server has a lot of people speaks JP and I don't understand. The reason I was from a JP server is because of friends. Now my friends have all left the game and I am alone in that server.
3) Im also looking for a active FC to be in.
