You can also get their name by doing an emote at them. You still won't know their server though, unless you happen to recognize the name.I haven't seen someone doing this, but I wouldn't be shocked if it's real. Yesterday I zoned into a match with people talking about speedhackers in adders.
Did you report it? Even if you don't know his name you can still report him. Fill out the ticket with the time you saw it (with your timezone info), your datacenter(Aether), the offenders team(Adders), the offenders job at the time(SMN) and the area on the map you saw it happen(numberxnumber). It might be enough info to get him in trouble. It also might not be, but I say it's worth a try.
We already have eso farmers, bots and a screwed up queue. We don't need speedhackers too. :/
