    There's no reason whatsoever to expect an 8 man battle vs a mirror, I agree but a single player Duty in the MSQ isn't out of the question imo. Even XI (lol) did something similar where whoever entered a certain story BCNM would be copied to fight against you. (Though ofc, the AI is dumb compared to a real player-- meleeing mages etc etc)

    I'm not fond of the Derplander party being our Warriors of Darkness, but I do have some faith in Oda, Koji-Fox and Maehiro in making me buy it.

    Though I have to admit, getting Krile out of the picture so quickly is pretty impressive; I would have never thought of that! I was mainly excited for another Sharlayan but to meet Krile after two years and all the FFV nostalgia would be great

    (Also excited that we appear to introduce Y'shtola to the Gnath; they were definitely my favourite of the two HW beastmen)
