    Player Feedback - Impressed with Support Desk

    I've been playing for just over a month, and I enjoy the game a ton. Community and parties are some of the coolest (by consent) players I've played with in a while.
    Skip the next paragraph if you don't care for the synopsis.

    Today, I ran a Neverreap with my first lv60. A bard i147, nothing new here. Before we finish the first group, our healer refers to me and my fellow dps as "0 dps" on the first group and furthermore insults us throughout the dungeon excessively.
    Regardless of his levels, classes, and origin, there was no reason for him to be saying things like "you're the reason domestic violence exists" and "your purpose here is minuscule, we can replace you in seconds with a dismiss" because I refused to dps so long as he spoke at us this way. Continued anyway. So I simply reported him as the Tank requested that we continue, but we were dismissed from the duty right in front of the boss anyway. For virtually defending our reason to be defensive.

    I wanted to take a moment to vouch for the astounding response time and quality of one of the GMs to assist me with my qualm today. Within 10 minutes of my ticket, he/she contacted me directly and was incredibly cordial and professional about the ordeal. Hell. I even felt a little better that someone was on the ordeal immediately and was serious about their position. He/she asked me a couple of questions, and was onto their investigation.

    Simply wanted to post this minor feedback on the matter, and show some appreciation to the hardworkers(whomever that entails) in the backrooms of the support desk. Thanks again.

    same for me i was just doing an S rank hunt and i pulled it and it gets down to like half health and we all die from the meteor it drops and so after we all come back i see people talking smack about me because i pulled it there were so many people already on that hunt so i figured time to pull so long story short i reported some of them to the report desk and not even 5 min later i get there reply from the Gm Meluxgharon he helped me through my problem im just so satisfied with the past many times i have reported to the support desk and i get such a fast reply. To all the people on the support desk i thank you ^-^
