So I have not seen enrage or killed but have been to P3. My current group static is slowly but surely dwindling and I need to find a new static to call home. If interested please contact me in game or on forums. I work the morning shift at work so if you pst from 9am-3pm est i wont respond, but any hours afterwards i am available as i leave my game running. I run Drk at 201 but also have a 197 pld and 199 war.

How far into p3 have you been? And since you work morning shifts would there be any conflictions with running until fairly late at night?

My current static gets to intro of P3 but im a quick learner and can get to where i need to be quickly. I do work mornings but my current raid time is 2-4am lol 4-5 hrs before work, so it shows i can be committed. the main reason im looking for a new group is b/c my static claims we will only be farming a1/2s and rarely seeing a3s and im not about that. i prefer downing content before echo.

We actually had to recently part ways with a couple members who were on early work schedules as well. Their play may not have always been affected, but their lifestyle and the team itself was, so we would like to avoid any similar situations. I recommend you continue looking for a group that matches both your schedule as well as your experience. Thank you for your interest though and best of luck in your search

As we've all been to the end of this fight, I suggest you do some hardcore pugging until servers open back up to get as much experience in there as you can and hopefully see the last cycle of mechanics. Our progression has been held back in the past by members who were farther behind that we had to teach, and they ended up not working out which is why I've listed the end of the fight as something we are looking for. If you do happen to get some more experience and feel as though you would be our solid final member, go ahead and submit an application at our guild site.
