Sounds like you aren't being efficient. Arguments about heading DF on a hotbar are kind of ridiculous. It takes literally 1 second to open and that's on ps4.
neat little hotbar :3~
#1-3 = Understandable#1-3 = job skills
#4 = PvP skills, Teleport, Return, mounts
#5 = Chocobo Companion commands
#6 = PvP main action bar
#7 = Hunting main action bar
#8 = defensive healer action bar
#9 = Gear sets
#10 = Gear sets, Dye, Glamour, Marking for tank, PvP Profile, Gold Saucer, Party Finder.
#4 = Understandable
#5 = Doesn't exactly use up 10 action slots, but okay.
#6 = What?
#7 = What?
#8 = What?
#9 = Understandable
#10 = Some of this is understandable, but others (like PF) are another "What?" type of thing.
Can someone explain #6-8 for me? Namely in the case of #6, where you already have a bar for PvP skills, and there's only a few abilities at most that you might want to add to a hotkey that isn't in normal use in PvE.

You do realize you can make a macro that will literally change a single skill on a hotbar right? If you chain 10 of those commands together, you can have as many hotbars as you have macro slots (100).
I use these all the time as SMN and SCH to change the hotkeys for the 5 different types of pets.

Stop marking things as a tank. If you absolutely must, just have your signs menu on your hotbar, not each individual sign.

While it would be nice, I don't think more bars are necessary yet. If Heavenswards are nay indication, we'll get new attack, new CDs and generally new actions, eventualy that may be too much alone but we arn't at that point yet, let alone beyond it.
The ideal solution would be to make some macros to switch the commands around, allow players to change the icons on their Gearsets (that's why I have Gearset macros, I see the icons too bland) and if they aren;lt already there allow macros that place macros on the hotbar if so needed, but either will never happen. Becuase SE wants to blame the character data meaning as long as there is a single man willing to whine when bad luck cost him that epic raid loot, they will never add anything regardign Quality of Life to this game

Dumb request. I hope they reduce the amount of hotbars by half just to annoy the OP.

who needs a hotbar for dyes rofl

I agree with you OP. All my 10 bars are used and I need more. My pvp skills are crammed into a tiny hotbar with food and pots because i dont have anywhere else to put them.
