Void Ark Preview

Non one was surprised, it was just to shift the focus from the usual Glamour gear useless look to something more important. Ark gonna be boring/old 1 week after release. SE is failing very bad into bringing to the table some major change that is not a boring repetitive grindfest to cap weekly stuff. But people are too busy discussing the glamour.

I agree with this for the most part. Gear for all jobs lately besides their AF feel uninspired and a lot of the sets are starting to look more of the same now. I understand Void Ark is going for a more dark theme, but it doesn't mean you cannot put some more color into it. CT gear at least had interesting color schemes for their armor or based it off a boss. Maybe I am wrong and the unpopular opinion, but I don't see people grabbing gear from here for glamour reasons.

Speaking from a MCH standpoint, the Void ark sets look...eh. The theming honestly feels overdone when you look at the WoD and law set. Not to mention while the ranged set screams BRD, it looks very misfitting for MCH.
Still waiting for new crafted glamours. Give me the aranche shirt model, dammnit.

Booo, of course the tank gear is the best looking of the set (and I don't tank).

Hmm.. at least it looks better than Alex gear, IMO, still haven't gotten any piece (expect belt) from Alex as I don't like their visual appearance (--> lack of motivation to obtain them).

Think I'll try to get 2nd and 3rd outfits (from left to right). Would be nice if we could dye them tho.

YaY! I'm so happy now, the caster set is the one everyone thought was gonna be BRD/MCH just b/c of the hat! But we all know they always just palette swap with Healer gear, so... I actually am happy with the caster set now!

Liking the look of what I think is the caster and tank gear. Actually that may be the brd gear. Could do without the frayed shoulders though.

From left to righ:
MNK (or NIN), Caster, Healer, NIN (or MNK), Ranged, DRG, Tank

BRD/MCH get the mantle with the holes ^^
