Most of this gear look too much like WoD gear, and at least that stuff had more color variety than purple and black.

Meh chances are as usual that i would need to run this place 150 more times then most people as usual to even get a drop, lol
And Bard gear will be a plenty....
I agree that the gear all have similarities but look @ what previous raids had, it is not the most ugly

If that tattered coat is part of the tank set, then I will happily gear my tank through Void Ark, that looks swag as hell.

Everything else...eh, its alright, better than Syrcus gear at least.

I guess the gear isn't bad. As a blm myself, I kinda wish all our gear wasn't the same old black, but I guess it comes with the name. I really liked the CT red caster set, but never got around to farming the gear for that. By the time I reached lvl 50, ST was already out and WOD came shortly after. I worked long and hard for the WOD set though, and I loved it.
Anywho, I foresee long hrs grinding Void Ark in my future lol

All the (totally valid) complaints about palette swapping aside for the moment... Can we please get some non-healing/casting gear where the shoulders aren't bulked out to hell and back? Like, does every single piece of gear in this game need shoulder pads, shoulder armor that doesn't seem proportional to the person wearing it, randomly floating shoulder decorations, collars larger than the shoulders they are supposed to be sitting on, etc. etc.?

I understand that some people like that aesthetic, but good lord, there's a such thing as too much already. I want to enjoy wearing armor in this game, but I keep finding myself glamouring crafting gear because that's the only stuff that doesn't turn my character's shoulders into potential lethal weapons...
