Loss of Tomestone of Esoterics through reset

Hi just before the rest on Tuesday morning 13/10/15 I had 130 total Tomestones of Esoterics and 450 that I had worked hard to max out from last week. When I logged on on yesterday (Wednesday) I found that I only had 130 and had completely lost my 450 from last week. As these are restricted to just 450 a week, losing them has put me back another week in trying to collect higher level items. Could you please correct this bug and return my Tomestones of Esoterics

That 450 number is just how many you earned that week in all.

If you only had 130, then you only have 130. It's not like you get the 450 at the end of the week.

You cannot possibly have 130 and 450. You either only had 130 and had already capped out, or you had 580. The total number is always the correct number

Sorry I obviously didn't explain correctly Total= 130/2000 max for this week= 450/450 I know what my list said and am more than happy for support to look back through to just before reset to see what I had visually on my screen. I check after each DF to see how many more I need to do to reach my max. As they wasn't being added from the beginning to my original 130 then there is obviously a bug. There will be a record of my activity in the Df's and the amount of Tomes that I achieved so this shouldn't be a problem for the bug department to check and fix

Have to side with Ashelia in this one. See more people either misreading or not understanding the system.

If the left was showing 130/2000 and right was 450/450, you were capped until reset. After reset it would then display 130/2000,and 0/450 respectively.

Note that reset is on JP time...many don't factor the time shift properly and it causes confusion. Note also you have to be on a level 60 job to get ESO from hunt targets or roulettes...another thing that can trip people up sometimes.
