    Materia info

    I'm sorry for posting this but I'm a little lost.

    Where can I find more information about the Materia subject.

    As in what I can do with it and how it all works.

    Well, aside from the patch notes that were posted, and the articles on the load stone, this is how the system works:

    1. Gear (most not all) can be converted into Materia after the player uses it enough ( gains xp).
    2. Each piece of gear has it's own amount of xp needed before the player can convert it.
    3. This is done from the inventory screen, there is a quest at level 18 that adds this option to your menu.
    4. The Materia can then be attached to gear that is meltable, (the item will say if it will accept Materia)
    5. Crafters can attach Materia to gear, it follows the repair system rules.
    6. Materia and gear with Materia can be sold and traded.

    This is basic, but I hope this helps

    Not quite. The craft must be 1 level above the piece of gear you are enhancing.

    I have about 10 or 11 Materia items at this point.
    I've started the wuest but havent been back out to try and finish it yet. Guess I should.

    So I have to find someone to add the Materia to my gear?
    that kinda sucks but ok.

    Does adding Materia change the look of the items any?
