Magitek Transceiver / Receiver

During the Grand Company Quest "Engineering Victory" you receive an item from slaying a Garlean solider called a Magitek Transceiver but upon returning the item to the LL Grand Company the NPC calls the item a "Magitek Receiver"

Which is it?

All other text referring to the item in question call it a Magitek Transceiver. So the NPC Guincum must be wrong.

*Update 2 *

The NPC Ebrelnaux also calls the item a Magitek Receiver. So again which is it?
