Yes, there have been changes. HQ'd ingot, rings, rivets +1 with main hand hammer when those used to require the offhand pliers. Same with HQ leathers+1 with main hand which used to take the awl. All mainhand my provide high quality now, while offhand may be universal for quantity but can't confirm that.
