Raid Days: Tuesday till Thursday
Recruitments:
1. We don't come to raids continually making the same mistakes. We expect people to make mistakes during progression, but we also expect everyone to improve and learn from them and continuously improving your own DPS is a must.
2. We are used to what progression raiding entails. This means not becoming negative and wanting to quit when things become hard.
3. We all try to improve, whether that is gear or class/raid knowledge/output each week. We aim to min/max our gear and learn how our classes complement each other in a raid environment.
4. Preferably A3S engrage/p4 experience or at least A2S cleared.

We will do some trial runs whenever applicable for the sufficiency in your DPS/Mechanics executions.
