Can we have relevant loot drops from Ex Primals?

I always remember the days when people used to run garuda ex titan ex ifrit ex mog ex like non stop to get high level accessories that. So far I feel that we getting nothing like that right now. We don't need to do ravana and bishmark ex cause their loots are dated with something you can just buy. In my server I don't see the excitement of doing primals anymore. Never mind wasting your time doing Odin for a mediocre drop.

I personally feel that HW is lacking something. Not only good loot from primals but something else.the expansion feels empty. Can't explain it properly but I hope you get what I mean.

I look back on 2.1 as the golden age for EX Primals, really. While the fights were tough, they were relevant for a long time because they offered meaningful rewards. EX Primals haven't really been like that since, and I've consequently run most of them far less than I ever touched the original three. While Ravana EX is currently still somewhat relevant (for gearing alternate jobs), Bismarck EX was irrelevant almost from the day it was released, much like Ramuh EX was.

I feel they're relevant enough for the purposes they served and still serve. There are various reasons to run them such as glamours, money, ponies & experience of doing them as a group just like most dungeons which may feel irrelevant.

To be honest, Garuda was the only one with a meaningful reward because unless you could do coil it was the only way you were getting a second i90 ring.

I never felt compelled to farm Titan/Ifrit for anything other than the pony because you could just grab myth accessories and call it a day.

The accessories from Titan/Ifrit were BiS for a handful of classes. You're also forgetting the Primal Focus quest, which offered i90 weapons once per week.

BiS would like to say hello! There were plenty of meaningful rewards for different classes in titan ex and ifrit ex. Ilvl 90 =/= BiS.

^^^ also the weapon. Those weapons were amazing for alt classes and some classes had amazing itemization on those primal weapons.

As for the weapons, relic zeniths were a whole helluva lot easier to get and were shinier. The only remotely difficult part was getting the Titan HM win, and if you had trouble with that back then you were likely not even thinking about getting a win on EX primals yet.

That is such a bad bad bad bad outlook on gear, especially if you're way over the accuracy cap.

Also there needs to be a roulette for the EX primals ASAP, all of them, with good rewards. It's almost impossible to clear some fights with the queue times as they are now and little rewards for people to even think about joining a Clear Party in PF.

Those 3 Primals had the advantage of competing with gear at the same ilvl so was closer to horizontal progression during that era. The others had the disadvantage of their drops being lower than those you could just buy from tomes on patch launch.

Bismark dropping i175 while you could get i180 from farming law and hunts was a poor move. Maybe they could've brought the 'Primal Focus' quest back exclusively for those two fights, so at least that way you'd get people running Bismark more than once.
