No you can guess it since it's relatively instinctive (and you can lose one guy without wiping)

And it's not more easy than a fight you completly learnt. It's just that some players don't want to have to learn something, so they can't pass instance where mechanics are not "announced"

For exemple, for me, there is absolutely no sens in doing Ravana. I did it a lot since my guild seemed enjoying farming ravana's token, but each time i was just half asleep.
Bismark is a little better since you have to avoid thunder aoe, adds aoe and tornadoes. The green and blue snakes have a clearly described buff that tell you what to do. The problem is that you can be knock out of the island without being warned, that's stupid. It's like the big Hand in A3 that suddenly project all the group without a previous animation. It's so stupid.
