Ok, I will try to give you some basic directions then.
- First, go to the Gold Saucer, and buy yourself a stack of Stone Soup for 37 gil each.
- Buy a GC engineering manual.
- Eat a food to have that 3% bonus exp and 17 extra CP to use. Pop the manual.
- Then go to the crafting guilds, and take up your first crafting quest. It will ask for some very basic stuff.
- Then you buy mats from the guild vendor, and you can immediately craft the items on the spot to complete the quest.
- Once it's completed, the guild master will give you level 1 crafting gear. Do this for different classes, and you will have a whole set of crafting gear to work with.
- Next, go through each item on your crafting log. Need mats? Guild vendor, FC house vendor or Residential Estate Vendor. Do not use the marketboard, and don't try to gather the mats yourself. Because at this stage, it's not worth your time to do so. If something is really missing, send retainers to get it for you.
- Once you have gone through many items on the crafting log, you may even buy a ton of mats, and just do quicksyn.
- Quicksyn your way for all 8 classes to level 15 to earn all the lvl 15 cross class skills.
This will be what you need to start with. Really, don't bash your head on any specific class before this.
Then, go unlock Ixali Beast Quest, and do 6 quests a day. Also, try to hand in HQ items for GC supply/provision missions each day for all 8 classes.
At the same time, start to learn what "Inner Quiet" does. Make sure you use this skill as your first button for every synthesis. If you need more explanation to what it does, pls visit here:

Next, set up your cross class skills. I recommend equipping with Waste Not first, then Hasty Touch and Trick of the Trade.
After that, start playing with these skills while going through your crafting log. You should be able to HQ many things at this point. Gear up yourself with HQ gear using your WVR (chest & pants), LTW (head gear, belts etc), GSM (accessories), CRP (shoes), BSM (tools).
By level 21, you will acquire Great Strides and most of the other basic crafting skills. Start formulating your rotations by combining skills, maximizing all your CP.
Now you're ready to go through 2 stacks of ores from your gathering. e.g. Silver Ores to make Silver Ingots for GSM. Grind through 1 or 2 stacks of ores, and produce as many HQ ingots as you can. Save some ingots for your next items on the crafting log, while selling half on the marketboard for gil. By the time you finished the two stacks of ore, you should have found a good way of using your cross class skills & basic crafting skills. This is how you become good at crafting.
With your newfound powers, you can now go through leves with great ease. No leves items will trouble you anymore, and you can HQ everything
In that reddit guild you attached in your message, it requires 78 leves to get GSM to 50. I think it's vastly overkill. You should be able to use only 30 to 40 to get a class to level 50. This way, you can get all your classes to level 50 much quicker. Otherwise, you will need to wait 2 weeks before your leves allowance replenishes, and it'll take you months to get all 50 status.
I know this is NOT what you were ASKING for, but what I am trying to tell you is that what you were asking for is perhaps not the best for you.
Good luck!
