Player-avatar similarities

I'm a guy IRL and my character is female. I don't really have scales, I guess. In short she looks nothing like me and I'm not really attracted to girls so I don't know.

I make my character based on my tastes, I'm a gay guy irl and well, I feel uncomfortable playing as female characters, which is weird because I always fanboy over female leads like Terra, Lightning, etc.

However, when it's my avatar I can't stay female for long. As for similarities, I don't think there's many haha.

Nope, I just wanted to play "pretty princess dress-me-up". I also have 2 other lalas, a catgirl, and an au ra because I like vanity gear but somethings just don't look good on Sprinkles...

Only similar things between my character and me irl is the gender, pale skin, and height. Didn't really try to make her look similar to me since it's, well, a fantasy game so why not be creative.

My old character was a miqo'te, the only thing we had in common was the height.
After that I changed to lalafell and created a mini-me. >_<
Tbh my rl hair is dark brown, but I dyed it red so my character has red hair.. When the rl color starts to fade, I change Leleyo's hair to match.
Shame is that I can't get the exact eye color (green/brown, only way to get is with limbal rings >_>).

That has just been a weird concept to me, i would never make my character look like me, it's the same as using your real name for your character as well. I mean this is a fantasy game, it kind of shows you have little sense of being creative, just let your imagination run. It would be quiet awkward for a lala or a roe to "look" like you irl.. I think you have bigger problems on your hand.

Maybe people have tails irl? o_O

Why can't I imagine myself to be the tiniest person possible? ;_;
In the end you can't get a character to look exactly like you, just some features...

As for skin color, my character are more pale than I m
I live kind of isolate life
I do try to create my character as a relection of myself
