Graphic/texture glitches (DX11)

I made this thread in the General Discussion and the post got moderated by a GM (I was not told who took it down via the email I got). I was told on the email that I should've posted this in the in-game bugs forum. However I wanted other users (including myself) to compile pictures of some texture and graphical glitches pertaining to DirectX 11. My original thread was not intended with "glitches" meaning anything to cheat. I meant that the glitches referred to how the options for DirectX 11 makes some graphic textures look very bad.

Here's what I'm talking about.

Say for instance, those tarps in Costa Del Sol where we start levequests. Those sky blue clothes actually have a graphical glitch that makes them look like sponges. I'm not able to take a picture right now as I'm away from my game and PC, however you can see them for yourself if you are playing on PC with DX11. I'm wanting to make a thread such as this so SE could fix and patch up areas to make this game look the best as possible.

EDIT:

I have an NVIDIA GeForce 760 Ti, 8GB of RAM, latest NVIDIA driver being 358.50, and so on. This issue is mainly present on DirectX 11 with using Maximum settings for the game. (by the way, I actually forgot how to copy/paste all of my settings like I'm supposed to in the in-game bugs forum)
