WHM needs more instant heals

So how AST can instant cast Benefic II (Cure II) when it procs, it would be awesome if a proc'ed Cure II could be instant.

Why its needed?

AST can spam Aspected Benefic, which under Nocturnal Sect is an instant Adloquium, instant Benefic (Cure II) casts if proc'ed, and Essential Dignity. As an AST I feel pretty comfortable with a single-target emergency with this.

SCH is instant heal king, no troubles here.

As WHM in a single target emergency I have Tetragrammaton on 60 s cooldown and pray that the other healer isn't a WHM and has instant heals.

Left out using Swiftcast+Cures as all the classes can do this, and Benediction + Assize because I'm referring to the very occasional HP drops (<55%) that occur frequently not the 351 HP left what do I do emergency. Assize was left out because you should be using it every 90 seconds for MP management and it has a 90 s cooldown so chances are you can't depend on this all the time.

Please limit discussion to frequent emergencies (<65% but >35%)
