Remove ARF from the MSQ

As for myself... I complained like heck about the lack of loot when I ran it the first time... then quickly started accusing all those imperials of STEALING IT! D:

I don't know anyone that will complain about not getting the bloat of i160, but that's easily solved by putting i160 in fractal (An idea that I'm surprised they passed up, to be honest)
