    My guess is...

    Once 3.1 comes out, they'll have new Ex Roulette dungeons. With 2.x, the previous Ex Roulette dungeons got added to the new High Level Roulette.
    Since High Level Roulette requires completion of all dungeons in it before opening the roulette up, the level 60 dungeons can't be added to the old High Level Roulette, since it'd lock out all the non-HW (and non-60) people from doing it.
    Most likely, they'll make a new level 60 "high level roulette", and chances are they'll stick ARF into that as well as Neverbleep and Fractal.
