Remove ARF from the MSQ

Do people run high for law as well? I've been only seeing people who are leveling (myself included). -cropped-

I've seen a number of 60's running High Level. And the majority of the time, when I ask, they're either running with someone in the group, or for the 120 Law bonus. When they are running for the Law, I remind them of ARF, which a lot tend to forget about. That's why I think having it in High would be a good idea. But, baring that... the Levelling Roulette's also a good choice, as it's 100 Law on it's own, already.

I run High Level all the time on my BLM(and soon my WHM). For law and fun. Expert however is the one exception. Not running that if I'm capped. Fractal is fine, but I'm not going to take a chance at running Neverreap if I don't need to.
