Personally, I think SE messed up by having the "Final dungeons" of the MSQ all at cap, rather than 1 level till cap. (Lv49 and Lv59) to which u can use to level to max with, while earning a small number of tomes to get started in gear. (Or make them drop i150 or i160 gear, and maker the expert roulettes be the dungeons that dont drop gear.)
