Remove ARF from the MSQ

I already pointed out the issue with it being in MS Roulette, cause even if no one queued currently needed it, ARF would end up being chosen more often than Cas, Prae and Cape for just being a 4 man

Nothing really on the conversation, but Cape Westwind is in Trials Roulette, not Main Story.
