The only time I don't use WM is when I toggle it off to sneak in an auto-attack, or I have to move for a bit yet can guarantee that all of my auto-attacks during that period of time will land. Aside from those situations, I just keep it on because the 30% increase in damage, along with Empyreal Arrow and Iron Jaws, is too good to pass up.
