Their is little difference between each race but this little difference very important When you doing hard raid or new contact some ppl wiping in A3s at less than 1% , if you want to be the beast in your job you have to choose beast race for doing maximum results .Iwas answers hes questions did he asking you to help him?

There is a maximum of 6 points difference between races. In an extremely rare situation, if all 8 people are the worst racial choice for their job, this is 48 main stat point differences, probably around 60 dps difference as a raid. I'm sure there are situations where 50 or 60 more raid dps would be the difference in wipe or clear, however, content is not tuned so tightly as to take racial stats into account. SE has stated as such, they want us to be the races we want to be without it being detrimental. In short, blaming racial stats for sub 1% wipe is pretty damn low.

^This. And on top of that, the more you gear up, the less those points matter. Maybe it those stats were percentage boosts, rather than a flat amount, there would be something to talk about. But given that its not, that conversation doesn't matter. Especially since it has nothing to do with what the poster said. Even though I disagree totally with the poster.
